We have a unique educational resource at the Bronte Parsonage Museum, with the potential to encourage enormous creativity and imagination in learning.
Our aim is always to deliver a service which fulfils this potential, offering a range of exciting, cross-curricular workshops for students of all ages. The excellence of this provision has been recognised in a number of awards, including the prestigious Sandford Award.
Workshop sessions include guided walks, drama sessions, artefact handling, creative writing, and art and craft activities.
By combining and adapting our different workshops we can meet the needs of very varied groups, ensuring the learning experience of your students is as meaningful and relevant as we can make it.
This year, we are excited to present a very different experience for KS2 and KS3 pupils; High Waving Heather. This is a cross-curricular workshop exploring the nearby moors, their history and ecology, as well as their inspirational role in the work of the Brontës'.
