The Museum of Liverpool offers a wide range of educational opportunities, making it an ideal place to engage learners of all ages.
Little Liverpool - The Little Liverpool gallery is a hands-on world especially for children in Early Years and Key Stage 1 to play and learn. Inside the gallery our youngest visitors can create their own Liverpool - a city where they are in charge.
Best Buildings - Be inspired by Ben Johnson's Cityscape painting and the iconic buildings of Liverpool to create a collage to take back to school.
Liverpool & the Olympics - This interactive session explores Liverpool's links with the Olympics. This session includes an opportunity to try a Paralympic sport - Goalball - and then make a medal.
Lets Dig - Be an archaeologist and make your own discoveries about Liverpool and the surrounding areas. Carry out excavations of Roman, Viking, Tudor and Victorian sites, whilst learning about the importance of evidence, investigating the finds and sharing with each other what we learn.
Watching & Waiting The First World War - Hear the charming true story of one couple's experience of home and battlefront in the First World War in this performance. This will be followed by hot-seating the performer, discussion and handling.
